award from United States African Development Foundation (USADF)

In pursuit of our vision to distribute alternative energy technologies to base of the pyramid customers and eradicate energy poverty we are excited for an award from United States African Development Foundation (USADF) which is an expansion grant ($200,000) from the previous grant we got in 2019. Through the grant we are going to impact over 2,000 smallholder farmers with access to solar water pumps for irrigation farming and over 5,000 solar home systems will be distributed to base of the pyramid customers. In addition, it will help to upscale our business, create more jobs, and reach more last mile communities with technologies. We are so much thrilled with all our partners we are working with in Malawi. We are stronger together!!! Its our hope we continue working together so that we attain Universal Energy Access by 2030 in Malawi and contribute to several SDGs (1,3,5,7,8)In the Pictures we had guests from our donor USADF, Ruth Mkandawire; Tione Kaonga from Umodzi Consulting; Mr Christopher Kachiniika from Ministry of Energy; and Mr Kalima from Ministry of Industry.
